The prices are for a stay of at least 5 nights per apartment and night, with occupancy of minimun 2 or 4 persons. A surcharge will be made for less than 5 nights.

For every additional Person we charge 20 Euro a night.

Included in the price are: bed linen, towels, t-towels, loungers, children’s facilities (cot, highchair),

Internet: access W-LAN in all apartments.

NEW: For your entire stay, you’ll receive a free visitor’s card that allows you to explore the Alpe di Siusi/Seiser Alm and South Tyrolean holiday region by bus and train.

Visitor’s tax: EUR 1,75 per person and night. Children and young persons under 14 are exempt from the charge.

Bread roll service six days a week.

Skiing equipment can be stored in the boiler room.

You can occupy the holiday apartment from 2 pm onwards on the day of arrival. However, we cordially ask you to vacate the latter at 9.30 am on the day of departure.

Payment: Cash payments in situ requested!

Pets are not allowed!

Deposit: 100 € – 200 € as booking conformation

Cancellations: In case of short-terms cancellations (less than 60 days before arrival) we will retain your deposit. In case of earlier depature we will charge the full amount. Cancel booking without penalities more than 60 days before arrival.
